Shipping: We ship to addresses within the United States, including APO/FPO/DPO military addresses. We do not currently ship internationally.

Delivery Times: We aim to process orders within 1-2 business days. Standard shipping typically takes 3-7 business days after processing.

Delivery times are estimates and not guarantees. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather conditions, or other factors beyond our control.

Risk of Loss: All products are shipped FOB shipping point. Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery to the shipping carrier.

Lost or Damaged Shipments: If your order is lost, stolen, or arrives damaged, please contact us at support@dailydots.com. We will work with you to resolve the issue, which may include reshipping your order at no additional cost.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS

We offer a 60-day money-back guarantee on all purchases. Please see our Refund & Return Policy for complete details on how to return products and request refunds.

SUBSCRIPTIONS

Subscription Terms: If you sign up for a subscription, you agree to receive automatic recurring shipments at the interval you selected (30, 60, or 90 days).

Your payment method will be automatically charged before each shipment. You will receive an email reminder 3 days before each scheduled shipment.

Managing Your Subscription: You can pause, skip, or cancel your subscription at any time by logging into your account or contacting us at support@dailydots.com.

Changes must be made at least 48 hours before your next scheduled shipment date to take effect for that shipment.

Cancellation: There are no cancellation fees. Once cancelled, you will not be charged for future shipments, but you are responsible for any shipments already processed.
