Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1-2 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays).
Please note: Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Once your order ships, delivery typically takes 3-7 business days depending on your location.
Please note: Our products ship from our US warehouse. Delivery time is based largely on local postal services once packages arrive in your area.

Where can I find my tracking number?
An email notification will be sent to you with a tracking number when your items are shipped. In addition, you'll receive email updates when your package is on the move.
How can I track the status of my order?
After we have shipped your order, an email update will be sent titled "A shipment from order #***** is on the way"**. You will find your tracking number and information inside this email.
You can also track your order by:
- Clicking the tracking link in your shipping confirmation email
- Logging into your account at dailydots.com
- Contacting our support team
Having trouble viewing tracking updates?
As much as we wish we could provide every customer with the most accurate tracking updates, all tracking information is provided by our courier partner (USPS) and our team only has access to the same information that you do. With that said, it is rather difficult for us to give an exact estimated time of arrival.
If your order is taking an extremely long time to reach you, please contact us at support@dailydots.com or use the form below and our team will work towards the best solution for you based on your latest tracking information. We appreciate your patience and understanding as we work through this together.
LOST, STOLEN, OR DAMAGED PRODUCTS
LOST, STOLEN, OR DAMAGED PRODUCTS
We want you to receive your order in perfect condition. If your product is lost, stolen, or arrives damaged during shipment, we'll reship your order at no additional cost. Please contact our customer service team immediately to report any issues.
Lost Packages:
If your tracking shows "delivered" but you haven't received your package, please:
- Check with neighbors or building management
- Wait 24-48 hours (sometimes carriers mark as delivered early)
- Contact us at support@dailydots.com or use the form below if still missing
Stolen Packages:
If your package was stolen after delivery, please contact us and we'll work with you to resolve the issue.
Damaged Packages:
If your Daily Dots arrive damaged, please email photos of the damage to support@dailydots.com or use the form below. We'll send a replacement immediately at no cost—no need to return the damaged product.

Need to change your shipping address? Contact us within 24 hours of placing your order at support@dailydots.com or use the form below.
Once your order has shipped, we cannot modify the delivery address. You'll need to contact the carrier directly to request a delivery change.
Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. We cannot be responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
